THE BLADE OF CUTIEPANTS
The Orcs have taken the last outpost keeping them penned into the badlands, founding a new capital city of trade and commerce, the great demihuman cultural buffet, Orkteptek. Hard to be mad at them, of course. Nowadays, everyone agrees that Orcs have souls (even if some of them have to do it at the point of a knife.)
But even freedom, equality and self-determination can't fix capitalism. Everywhere you look in this vibrant city, people still cry out in hunger, in pain, in fear. People still cry out for a hero.
As much as Vanessa Kottepenthe wants to be that hero, she is in way over her head. However brave she may claim to be - especially when cute girls are listening - Vanessa is, by trade, an accountant who cries and begs for mercy in the frothing, spittle-flecked face of danger.
The Blade of Cutiepants is one of those heartbreakers I've been working on on the back-burner for a while, mainly in order to learn how to code. It may never come to exist. I did, however, make a 2-hour-long game set in this universe last Christmas as a fun experiment, and I think it turned out pretty darn cute.
You can check the game out on itch.io! I'm especially proud of the instruction manual I made, after the fashion of all the best games of the 90s.
Low-Poly Art
I have been enjoying learning 3D modeling and animation! If you're interested in commissioning a little video game figure, do get in touch! I'd have a lot of fun helping you out and my rates are quite negotiable for the right project.
